Refund Processing

Please note that it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course content will be revoked. Any certificates of completion issued for the course will also be invalidated. If you wish to regain access to the course in the future, you will need to purchase it again.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges between courses. If you would like to switch to a different course, please request a refund for your current course and then purchase the new course separately.
